Our vision is for consumers to associate our name with integrity, value, community and environment; for our employees to be the best at their profession through education and training in detailed processes, new technologies, modern tools and equipment, and fulfilling customers needs; to achieve industry recognition for exceptional customer service, community involvement, shop performance and ethical standards.
After graduating from Ranken Technical College and working in the industry for many years, Kevin Thomas opened up Kevin’s Car Care in June of 2000. His values of honesty, treating people with respect, doing a job right and with good quality, an eagerness for learning, and an openness in communication is what drives the business and its staff.
Giving back to our community is an essential part of who we are. We participate in and sponsor events for Arnold and Twin City Chambers, and the Jefferson County Growth Association. We donate to our local schools and other non-profit organizations to support sports, Project Graduation, DARE and other fundraising needs. We also provide Car Care Clinics to help educate consumers about there vehicles. We were the recipient of ASA’s Green Star Award in 2011 for our recycling and pollution prevention practices. Our staff regularly attends new technology and update courses to stay current in industry knowledge.

As a member of the Automotive Service Association, we promise to adhere to their 17 point Code of Ethics, which includes performing high quality repairs, employing skilled technicians, using high quality parts, and having a sense of obligation to each customer, among others. The ASA also identifies industry changes and provides ongoing training for our technicians and management team.
The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence works to improve the vehicle repair and service by testing technicians on their automotive knowledge, certifying them to be competent in their profession and providing consumers a way to gauge their level of expertise.
The Better Business Bureau holds us to a Standard of Trust with our customers which includes honesty in advertising, products and services, transparency and integrity in our business practices, standing by our word, being responsive to customer dissatisfaction, and protecting their privacy.
